All of our Telluride rentals are located either in the Town of Telluride or the Town of Telluride Mountain Village.
What is the cancellation policy?
If our Guests cancels their stay more than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the scheduled stay, then our Guest will receive a refund of rental charges paid less ten-percent (10%) of gross rental charges. No refunds are available within sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the scheduled stay. In the event of a refund, Telluride Luxury Vacation Rentals shall return all amounts owed to the tenant within thirty (30) days.
What amenities can I expect in the rentals?
Our luxury properties come fully furnished with all the household items you will need. You will find everything you need inside your residence, including but not limited to towels, soap, shampoo, and cookware and dishes.
What is your check-in and check-out time?
All of our properties are available for check-in by 4:00 pm on your arrival day. We will welcome you if the property is ready for an early arrival. We also require all renters to check out by 10:00 am on their departure date.
